1. How to customize my induction heater machine?
You need to tell us the part material, volume(size), and process intention, we will propose the best machine for you.
2. What about the price?
A specific quotation will be offered based on the proposed machine and the quantity ordered.
3. What payments are available?
L/C at sight, or T/T 30% deposits before production and 70% balance to be paid before shipment.
4. What shipments are available?
Shipment is based on quantity. In general, we use economical international express, DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, TNT. To a certain quantity, we suggest sending by air or LCL/ FCL sea way shipping.
5. Warranty
The machine has one-year warranty. Within one year free warranty, any fault caused by non-artificial reasons, any quality problems such as design, manufacture, or procedure occur, Hongye shall provide replacement parts after detecting the faults.
If any big quality problems occur out of the guarantee period, Hongye will send a maintenance technician to provide visiting service after checking with the customer and charge for a favorable price.
