    In the copper-based brazing scenario, the heating rate reaches 150℃/sec, the thermal efficiency exceeds 92%, and it can stably handle metal workpieces with a diameter of 0.5-8mm. Through adaptive closed-loop control technology, the heating depth error is controlled within ±0.3mm, especially suitable for welding thin-walled parts.

     

    Compact one-piece body integrated pneumatic lifting table, load capacity 5kg, equipped with stainless steel induction coil quick-change interface. Water-cooling system adopts double-circulation design, flow rate monitoring accuracy ±0.5L/min, to ensure that the temperature rise does not exceed 40℃ during continuous operation.

     

    It is compatible with silver-based, copper-based and nickel-based solder and supports inert gas shielded soldering mode. Through the preset 12 kinds of material database, it can automatically match the optimal parameters, and the success rate of joining dissimilar metals, such as stainless steel, brass and aluminum, reaches more than 98%.

     

    The standby power consumption of the whole machine is <50W, and the noise of full-load operation is <65dB, which is certified by ISO. Key components, such as resonant capacitors, are packaged in military-grade ceramics, with a MTBF of more than 20,000 hours, making it suitable for high-precision manufacturing of electronics, automotive parts and other fields.
