This ultra-long flexible induction heating coil is respond best to huge solid bar stocks and big hollow tubes, more over it matches well with irregular shape workpiece. Its flexible property enables its universality, operators avoid frequently changing coils when processing different shapes of components, this saves time and improve the work efficiency.
It saves space in storage and convey of flexible induction coil. Compared to fixed rigid copper tube coil, the flexible coil can match the workpiece with a relatively narrow gap, the precisely controlled gap can also bestow a better heating performance.
