    The equipment heats Ø60mm iron bars to 1200°C within 90 seconds while maintaining temperature uniformity within ±5°C. With over 85% electrothermal conversion efficiency and oxidation loss reduced to 0.3% (compared to traditional gas furnaces), it significantly improves material utilization and supports 24/7 continuous operation, requiring only 15-minute cooling intervals.
